WHO WE ARE
North Endurance is a multi-sport team for endurance athletes of all disciplines, abilities, location and ambition. Based in Liverpool & Leeds, our coaches provide athlete coaching with bespoke personal training plans, group training sessions, advice and support, free run sessions, and welcome you to join a community of like-minded athletes.
Support & COaching
We produce training plans for individuals. Whether you’re training for your first event, regularly competing, or targeting a specific challenge, we have the coaching and competitive experience to help you achieve your individual goals, offering bespoke personal training plans for athletes of all abilities and experience built around your own goals, your own limitations, around your own circumstances.

At North Endurance, we aim to guide, support, and encourage our athletes with their participation in endurance sport and multi-sport. We strive to make everyone feel welcome, irrelevant of geographic location, experience, or circumstance. Our members receive a number of benefits including a free team ‘neck tube’, monthly bulletin, fun training challenges, the chance to race and train in our team kit and a private team Facebook group with access to our coaches and the shared knowledge and experience of our athletes.
We also provide free weekly run sessions led by the North Endurance coaching team. Together, we proudly represent the team, enjoying the camaraderie, experiences and adventure that endurance sport and multi-sport has to offer. Swim, bike or run, from city streets to mountain trails, our diverse team contains social runners, athletes new to multi-sport, GB Age Group representatives, Ironman athletes and even a couple of ultra-marathoners.

RUN WITH US
We lead FREE Run sessions based in Sefton Park, Liverpool. Our coaches have led a diverse and social run group for over 8 years. The sessions cater for athletes of all abilities and meet every Thursday from January through till May. We also lead runs on behalf of Mersey Tri every Tuesday, every week, every season.

We tailor our all our coaching plans specific to your goals, ability and time available to train, all with the continued guidance, support, encouragement and enthusiasm of our experienced coaches. We strive to ensure our athletes arrive at their start line in the best possible shape, while maintaining a healthy balance in pursuing their goals, promoting enjoyment and longevity in endurance sport.
