Is a Custom Plan right for me?

A personalised training plan is great for people who require guidance on how to train for a particular event or challenge, with a plan created to match your requirements and the unique demands of your goal, so you can focus on simply ticking off the sessions and doing the work required.

We consider your sporting background, current level of fitness, ability, and lifestyle to set you on the right path. We are happy to discuss equipment choices, training, nutrition, and race day strategy. Your unique plan will factor in training load, recovery, and taper periods so you can remain motivated and confident that each session is aligned with your specific goal.

Your custom plan will be delivered through the industry-leading 2-way communication platform TrainingPeaks. You can then view each session in a calendar, and when you complete your workout, can sync or manually upload your GPS to track your progression.

 

How do I get Started?

For get your custom Training Plan, there are two options as explained below:

1) Simply purchase the Custom Training Plan in our store completing the athlete information form when prompted.

We’ll then set about producing your plan and will send you a welcome email that includes your TrainingPeaks account login details and start date. If we require any further info, we’ll get in touch.

2) You can simply arrange a free coaching consultation using the link below and our Head-Coach will call at a time convenient to you. It’s a great opportunity for us to introduce ourselves, get to know each other, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Your aspirations, goals, and planned events

  • Previous swim/bike/run experience

  • Current training & any existing club or social sessions you’d like to build into your plan.

  • Any previous injuries or relevant medical history that should be considered.

FAQs

  • Not at all. Everyone has a different starting point. We consider your current fitness and ability to write a plan that ensures your development is progressive, minimising injury risk.

  • We are all time-limited. We consider the information provided to write a custom plan specifically for your goal that has a structure and flow that specifically suits you and your lifestyle, making the most of your time available to train.

  • We write a plan based on the equipment and facilities you have access to. Whether you want to record your training or use our device-ready workouts is really up to you. All our sessions have written descriptions which is really all you need to do the work required.

  • As part of your initial consultation, we will provide you with a standard medical questionnaire. If you have any doubts, your GP, specialist consultant or physio is the person to advise you of your training limitations. We are unable to give medical advice.

  • Our custom training plans are delivered through a TrainingPeaks account. TrainingPeaks is a world-leading online training platform and is compatible with computers and 100+ devices. If you’ve not used TrainingPeaks before, don’t panic! It’s simple to use and we’ll set your account up for new. With all TrainingPeaks accounts, you can export and sync your workouts from your training calendar to your favorite training device or app including Garmin Connect, Strava and Zwift.

  • You can pay by for all our coaching plans via our store (see links below package descriptions)

    We can provide bank details via email if you’d prefer to pay by bank transfer.

  • You can arrange a free consultation with our Head-Coach who will call at a time convenient to you. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know each other and answer any questions you may have. Please use the button below to book.
